After church I took a little tiny nap and then I was a Chef the rest of the day.
We have had a surplus of eggs and blueberries since our visit to Costco and so I tried Blueberry soufflés. They turned out ok.
I started the dough for these cookies on Saturday and let it sit in the fridge for about a day and a half. The extra time apparently makes them better, I think it definitely helped in this case. These turned out fabulous.

Hey Eric and I have been looking through your and Minna's blogs. You guys are just out of the ordinary fabulous people!!! Your girls are so dang cute, we watched Hannah sing Do Re Me she is so gorgeous. Have a good one!!
Wow- I am so impressed dan. I hope one day i can make food, children, something... anything.. which doesnt mean nothing... or does it?
Wow Dan I'm impressed. I have never made a suffle before. Maybe I will try one. Any suggestions?
Try lemon. They say the secret is not overcooking them. I don't think it's knowing the secret... In order to keep your soufflé from falling you must posses super powers. What I was embarrassed to write was that these unfortunately did fall. I tried a few times with the left over mix with no luck.
Your quite the cook, it all looks so yummy.
